Law for the equal participation of women and men in leadership roles

To adhere with the Equal Opportunities Act, the shareholder meeting had to (i) set targets for women in the supervisory board and in management, and (ii) set target sizes for women in the first two management levels below the management. The shareholder meeting set a target of 16.6% for women on the Supervisory Board and a target of 0% for women in management. In the first two management levels below the management, the management defined the following target values for women: 14% for level 1 and 9% for level 2. All targets are to be achieved or adhered to by 30 June 2017.
