We are a family-friendly company

At the beginning of the year, we received the "Career and Family" certification. This supports us in the development and sustainable implementation of family-friendly measures. We already offer our employees the possibility of flexible working hours and home office. As a modern employer, however, we want to expand our positive working atmosphere even further.

We will implement projects in the area of further education, mentoring and a joint family afternoon in our company and are already looking forward to an even better compatibility of work and family.

As the market leader for aluminium, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals in Austria, we are aware of our social responsibility.

More than 20 different nations work in our company. Respect and acceptance of different cultures play an important role for us.

Through family-friendly management, we see the compatibility of family and work as an important task. With the help of certification, we want to make it visible to our own employees that we can react flexibly and quickly to individual and necessary incidents within the family. Furthermore, we want to act in a future- and family-oriented way and thus initiate further measures.

We want to build on a stable environment for every employee and have decided to implement the project as a family-friendly company.

What we have in mind

We plan to invite the family members, friends and acquaintances of our employees to visit our company one afternoon. Every member of our company should have the opportunity to show their workplace and their daily tasks.

In addition, we would like to inform all employees about current (family) subsidies etc.. To this end, we want to invite specialists and offer lectures.

As a flexible company with short decision-making paths, we will also react to short-term changes in the area of work and family and support our employees in the best possible way.
